Starting a Coaching Business Checklist (+PDF)
To all new coaches and life coaches,
What do you need to do to finally launch your online coaching business or life coaching business?
Well, it’s actually a lot. Running an online business / coaching business is a lot of work, and it's my aim to simplify it down for you so you can see fast and effective results.
It's best to start with a coaching business plan.
In this coaching business checklist, I walk you through the six key areas you need to address and what you need to do for each:
Getting certified - do you really even need a certification?
Target audience - Who is your coaching niche? Who is your potential client? Which coaching clients would you love to work with?
Business planning - how can you set your business up for success from the beginning?
Launching - how do you get your business attention?
Marketing - what social media platforms are the most suitable and sustainable for you? Is it a starting a blog, is it social media, is it using referrals and hosting a website for people to contact you? What type of content do you want to make?
Services - what kind of coaching package do you want to offer? This will impact your business structure and what type of potential clients you will work with. Take a step back and think about do you want to do 1:1 coaching only, or group coaching or offer a course?
Sales - how do you make sales consistently?
Serving clients - how can you ensure your clients have an amazing experience, work with you again AND tell all their friends?
Business coaching - do you need support and coaching to help you see success in your business faster?
Starting a new business is a huge accomplishment and all new coaches should celebrate of taking the first step.
